How to Flash Custom Rom.

In this article, I’m going to show you “How to flash custom rom on your Xiaomi Redmi 2 / 2A”. The Procedure of Flashing custom rom in Xiaomi redmi 2 / 2A device is same. Whenever, you want to flash a new rom or any custom rom , just follow this article.

Important Note :

Your warranty is now voided. You are choosing to make these modifications, and if you point the finger at me for messing up your device. I’ll laugh on you.

But you can always get warranty back by flashing stock MIUI ROM.

Pre-Requirements:

• Please backup the original system data (contacts, SMS, application data, etc.).
• Please backup files to another location as the built-in storage (external storage or individual PC).
• Custom Recovery Installed On Your Device.
• Enabled USB Debugging.
• Phone Battery Charged Above 70% At Least.
• Copy Rom zip and GApps zips to your internal or external sd card. ( Rom and Gapps will be provided in the Rom section of this blog).

Instructions (How To Flash/Install) for all Roms:

1. Boot into Recovery.
   
2. Clear Data,Clear Cache,Clear Dalvik Cache.
   
3. Flash ROM zip file from from internal SD Card. (Normally i' put these files in Internal Sd Card)
   .
4. Flash GApps zip file from internal SD Card.
   
5. Clear Cache and Clear Dalvik Cache.
   
6. Reboot.
